Where

has the weekend gone. One Saturday I spent a wonderful relaxing day with my family. I cleaned my scrapbook room because it was chaotic, then I went to visit my in-laws and spent a couple of hours with them. I had a great time gossiping with my mother in law. She is so good to me and D'Angelo. I have no complaints about her.

Soooooo, since my room was clean, guess what I did? Yes, I made a new mess scrapbooking... What can I say... A clean room inspires me. I finished three layouts and touched up two others that needed something here and there with the June kit from Scrapbook Designs. Stay tuned for those layouts in the next couple of weeks in the gallery. I'm excited because I'm working on both kits this month.

On Sunday I went the beach with D. He's been after me to take him so I caved and went for some fun in the sun. My dear friend Mari actually invited us so I thought that would be a great opportunity to see her because we haven't seen each other in a couple of months. Vane and Richard joined us as well. It was a great time. As soon as my friends share photos with me, I'll pass them on (hint, hint).

I kept scrapping and started on a cute Father's Day project for my DH. It's a mini album on Why I love you so... It's turning out so cute but wow does it involve a lot of cutting and sanding...

Here's a layout that I created with
Jenni Bowlin's "Tangerine" mini papers. I love that paper line sooooooo much... BTW, don't forget to check out Scrapbook Design's site for all the delishious kits for June. Oh, and if you forgot go check out Vane's layout on the Making Memories Blog.

Peace out and happy scrappin.

What a cute layout! I love that JBS paper :-) I had lots of fun at the beach sitting under my palm tree, writing my article and get sunburned in the process. LOL! Who knew! I can't wait to see what you create with the SDUI June kits...
