I'm a bit late

on yesterday's blog post. I was too tired to even think of a clever post or upload anything so you'll have two post today. I'll start the day with my goodies from Cocoa Daisy. I am in so much trouble... I couldn't resist, well I actually did resist but my enabler Vanessa just kept raving about the products that I was missing out on so I caved and ordered this, and this and this.

I can't wait to create a mini with this kit. I've been going back and forth trying to decide what I am going to do this mini. Well, it hit me yesterday. I'm going to document my son's journey through learning how to swim... He's excited, scared and just a bunch of nerves about the whole experience. He loves the water but will only swim in 3 feet of water. He wants his feet to touch the ground. I want him to really learn technique, survival and to have fun in the process. I think this will be a wonderful keepsake for him when he is older. What do you think?

Check out these delicious goodies:

I'll be back later with some other goodies. Peace Out...

Ugh! I left you this wonderful, long post and then Blogger gave me an error and erased it all!!! It goes something like this...

Yippee! I am glad that I succeeded as an enabler and that you gave in and bought the add-ons, too. I can't wait to create this little album... I am in LOVE, LOVE LOVE with this month's CD goodies... Ali Edwards ROCKS!!!

I like the idea of using it to tell D's swimming story... and maybe you can show his progress between now and when he goes swimming with you all in PR so it could be sort of a summer swimming experience mini album!!! Cool, huh? xoxo

Vane - you crack me up!

Ady - I love that idea. That's something he can share with his kids later on. And that kit is gorgeous! Oh, and to answer your question on my scrapblog, I don't print them out. I just save them on my PC and in my Flickr photos. I wish I could duplicate that layout with actual products!

Great kit! I love the stamps that Ali created!

That's a great idea about the swimming mini. He will treasure it, especially after he gets the knack of swimming.

Have a great 4th!
