Happy Birthday Dad

Today would have been my daddy's birthday... He's is no longer physical with us but he lives in my heart. It is still hard for me to believe or comprehend that he is no longer with us. What a wonderful husband, father and human being he was... I miss him like crazy but I especially miss his silly faces.

My father's happiness was US... He did everything he possibly could to gives us a wonderful life and he succeeded hands down. He loved his job and was so proud to be a part of the postal service. To celebrate his life I found these amazing buttons on Etsy that say "Write more letters". This is to promote people to write letters and mail them so that loved ones can receive tangible correspondance. We live in a high tech world where emails, blogs and text messages have become a part of everyday life. Well, my friends and family check your mail boxes soon because I will be writing personalized letters with these cute buttons to let you know how much you mean to me... I'll say goodbye now because I am an emotional disaster and my thoughts are becoming a blur.. Goodnight...

I'm sorry for your loss. I also do always kind of celebrate my father's birthday every year - I think it is a wonderful tribute to those we loved.

I wish you a great day!

Hi, my friend! I'm so glad that I got to spend some time with you last night... It was lots of fun!

Your Dad was a wonderful man and he will live on in your heart forever and ever. I know that I will always remember him cracking jokes and teasing me, especially when I lived at your house a few years back. Cherish those great memories you have and remember he is beside you every day.

Love ya!
