Smash Book

(Don't forget to follow my blog for a chance to win a RAK.. Read post below)

Thanks to my friend Lou, I'm over the moon excited about getting a smash book. You see, I'm a visual girl.  I don't read descriptions, I just like pretty pictures when creating. Don't tell me how great a product is just show me and I'm in. After seeing Lou's book in motion I knew this was something I really wanted to have. So guess who's BFF in the whole wide world (just brown nosing here for extra points and presents LOL)

I'm starting with this book because A: blue is one of my favorite colors and B: One of the pages has a rooster and I love roosters. So there's my expertise in choosing a smash book. Genius I tell ya...

I bragged and bragged and bragged about these books with Vane that she broke down and bought everything in the collection for my Birthday!!! Whoohoo... (Doing the happy dance)

Here are some of my favorite items in the collection:

Black Dots SMASH Tape

Birdie SMASH Mark

I can't wait to get started smashing my book. I'll definitely post pictures as soon as I get started.  If you need or want some more inspiration check out the Smash Blog.

Last but definitely not least, I want to wish all the Daddy's out there a wonderful Father's Day. I truly have lost the joy of celebrating this holiday because I lost my dad several years ago to cancer. I will however  take today to celebrate him and all the wonderful things he did for us.  He was a wonderful father, husband, brother, friend and human being.

Gracie is very blessed. I'm finding out with my grandaughters that each child has their own personality, likes and dislikes. With my son, I learned about superheroes and sports. I'm now learning about princesses, girly clothes and dance. Children are really a gift. Enjoy spoiling Gracie and don't forget to keep us posted! Love, Esther

I want the blue one too! I cannot wait to be back and get one. Looks like a great place for all those little bits we don;t make LOs for.

I think you'll love using the Smash book. It's very freeing to not have to think about visual triangles and coordinating pp. =) FYI, They are releasing two more for summer: a lime green and an orange. I'll be jumping all over those, too.

J/k. Looks like such a cool concept! I remember smash books as a kid and how much fun I had playing with them. :)

So loving the new blog look too! Adorable! Now help me with mine! Hahaha
